PKD · Steward of Clarity

Helping people move from confusion to clarity.

Engineering Leader · Mentor · Personal Finance Enthusiast · Lifelong Student · Community Builder

I help people build clarity in their decisions, confidence in their finances, and meaning in their journeys.

Clarity creates better choices. Better choices create freedom. Freedom creates the ability to serve.

Why this site exists

A small attempt to give back.

I grew up in a small village in West Bengal, studied away from home from an early age, built a career across some of the world's leading technology companies, and discovered that the most valuable thing I could offer others was not answers, but clarity.

Throughout my journey I have benefited from mentors, teachers, colleagues, books, strangers and countless life experiences. This website is my attempt to give back.

It is a place where I share what I have learned about leadership, money, career growth, decision-making, spirituality and life. If something here helps even one person make a better decision, avoid a mistake, or move from confusion to clarity, then this site has served its purpose.

The thesis

Clarity is kindness.

Most of the hard moments in life are not problems of information. They are problems of clarity. We have the data. We are missing the angle.

My role is not to hand you answers. It is to help you find better questions, see your own situation more clearly, and make wiser choices than the ones the world is rushing you into.

That work shows up in three pillars across this site — clarity in decisions, freedom in finances, and growth that we do together.

What people say

PKD is the rare manager who makes you feel both heard and stretched. He doesn't hand you the answer — he hands you a sharper version of the question, and somehow that's enough.

Senior Engineering Leader Salesforce

He led our team through a hard reorg with so much steadiness that the team came out stronger, not bruised. People-first leadership, in practice.
